DVD Ripping/Backup Guide

Step 1
Download and install the software 'DVD Decrypter'. If you haven't installed them yet Click here -> DVD DecrypterTo run the software, you can find it in your 'Start menu' under 'Programs'

Once DVD Decrypter is open, it should look something like this. If you have not already placed the DVD you wish to copy in your DVD drive on your PC, do so now.

Next, go to the top menu and select Mode --> IFO
Make sure that there is a checked under 'IFO'

Next, choose where to save the IMAGE of the DVD to by clicking on the folder icon

* Make sure you have enough space to save the image file!

(up to 8.8gb +4.7gb = 13.5gb needed for the complete process)

Now just click the "rip" button...

and it will start copying or 'ripping' the DVD to your hard drive!

It will look like this during the process.........

wait........

Once the it has finished copying the disc to your hard drive, DVD Decrypter will alert you.

Now all that is left to do is to click 'OK'

Now your done! You have an exact copy of the disc on your hard drive, ready to copy using our next tool!

Step #2

Download and install the software 'DVD Copy'.

If you haven't installed it yet Click here -> DVD Copy

To run the software, you can find it in your 'Start menu' under 'Programs'

Once DVD Copy is open, it should look something like this.

On the next step, you will have to select the folder you created with DVD Decrypter.

You should get the 'recommended' IFO

You will now be asked to choose between AVI or SVCD

(The AVI is the easiest format to convert to MP4)

Now you will have to choose the destination of your files (Location where you save your files)

Encoding will start automatically, you just need to let it run.

Play iPod Video Through Your TV

What You'll Need.
In order to get your iPod connected properly to your TV, you'll need the following items on hand:

A video-capable iPod. Any color will do.
An iPod-compatible video. Load it onto your iPod through iTunes.
An A/V cable. If you don't already have an eighth-inch-to-RCA cable, you can pick one up on eBay for five or six bucks shipped. Search for "camcorder A/V cable." Remember, you want a three-plug yellow/red/white RCA connection at one end and a three-banded eighth-inch (3.5mm) A/V plug at the other.

Setting Up Your iPod Video Options
Setting up your iPod video options lets you control how you export video. The iPod Video Options screen selects how your iPod handles video file playback.

To open these settings, choose Videos -> Video Settings from your main iPod menu. This screen offers three settings: TV Out, TV Signal and Widescreen. Adjust to produce the video playback style you need.

TV Out
Whenever you play a video file, your iPod must make a choice. Video iPods either play video on the built-in screen or they transmit a video signal out of the microphone jack. They don't do both. The TV Out option controls which behavior occurs.

Use this setting to choose from:

No. Playback remains on the iPod itself.
Yes. A TV signal is produced.
Ask. The iPod prompts you whenever you play a video file. I always use the Ask option. Yes, it does add an extra step whenever I play a video file, but it gives me the flexibility to choose playback behavior on a case-by-case basis. I like that.

TV Signal
European and Australian television sets use a different signal standard than those used in America and Japan. If you live in the U.S., your TV works with the NTSC standard. European countries mostly use PAL. Make sure you've selected the correct signal for your country.

Widescreen
iPods can play back widescreen video, if only on exported video. The built-in screen uses a traditional 4:3 screen ratio, rather than widescreen's 16:9 proportions. Choose Yes to produce a widescreen signal, or No to export the traditional TV output.

Connecting the iPod to Your TV
It takes a few steps to connect your iPod to your TV. Start by inserting the A/V cord's eighth-inch plug into your iPod's earphone jack. In it goes - couldn't be easier.

Here's where it gets a little tricky. In order to make your TV play back the iPod signal, you've got to redirect the outputs. You can't just plug the yellow RCA plug into the yellow RCA jack and the red into the red or the white into the white. No. Those geniuses at Apple send the video signal over the red RCA output. (Normally it arrives on yellow.) The sound comes through the white and yellow plugs.

I ended up going to an Apple store and testing this on iPod after iPod. They all have this quirk. It was intentional. But hey, it's proprietary. Woohoo. So here's what you have to do:

Plug the red RCA plug into your TV's yellow RCA jack.
Plug the yellow RCA plug into your TV's white RCA jack.
Plug the white RCA plug into your TV's red RCA jack.

After making all of these connections, you're physically ready to begin playback.

Playing Your Video
On your iPod, navigate to the movie you want to watch and select it. Your iPod prompts you to choose whether to play the video with TV Off or TV On. (You set the TV Out option to "Ask," remember?) Choose TV On.

As your video starts, a status screen appears on your iPod and the video plays back on your television. The status screen tracks playback progress, just as it would in iTunes.

Leave the television volume control at normal levels and use the iPod volume control to adjust the audio. The audio and video should both sound and look excellent.

Final Thoughts
Don't feel pressured to buy Apple-branded add-ons, particularly when there are workarounds like the one shown in this article. Here, you've seen how to use a cheap off-the-shelf product to bypass that whole high-priced white-colored gear thing. Shiny and white doesn't necessarily make it right.

How To Loading Videos onto iPod

What you'll need:

a Video iPod & iTunes synch'd up on your computer

The rest is easy. There are two basic ways to do it (loading videos onto iPod):

#1. Drag and Drop

Download file to hard drive
Find the file and drag and drop onto video icon in itunes.
In the iTunes application, click 'Edit,' then click 'Preferences.' Click the 'iPod tab', then click 'Videos,' 'Automatically update all videos,' and 'OK.'
iTunes will automatically copy the video to your iPod.
On your iPod, select 'Videos,' then select 'Movies' to play your video content.

#2. Add File to Library

Download file to hard drive.
Select Add to Library from the File menu and select the encoded movie.
In the iTunes application, click 'Edit,' then click 'Preferences.' Click the 'iPod tab', then click 'Videos,' 'Automatically update all videos,' and 'OK.'
iTunes will automatically copy the video to your iPod.

I want to show people who are new to internet marketing or who are interested in making money online that there are lots of ways to make money online.

The options are limitless so you just need to find out what you think will be the most suitable way for you because everyone has different interests. I would recommend concentrating on a couple of these ways to make money... there are but so many hours in a day and the more rabbits you try to chase the less you may actually catch.

Also, some tips that I mention are for building up short term money, short term money is like quick cash.You need it to get money so that you can reinvest in your business, but its nothing to build an online business on. You already done the first step you just need to keep testing and tweaking your experiments until you can maximize the most profit out of it and always go with building businesses as opposed to keep getting quick money... a business is much more profitable and reliable.

1. Write an info product for a well established niche, this is one of the easiest ways that i use to constantly make money online :). If your info product has anything new or innovative then it should sellwell. However, just don't write the ebook! Build a business. Gather visitors emails that comes to your site and offer them complimentary products through affiliate programs. Go ahead and offer upsells, and backends, and memberships for recurring income. If your just offering an ebook your leaving potential of thousands and thousands of dollars right on the dinner table, don't think of it as “YES! I made a sale,”think of it as a real business and increasing the amount of profits you make per sale.

2. Start your own online country, that’s right. What I mean by this is basically your own unique online community that is catered towards a group of people that allows them to share content and information with each other. Look at myspace, facebook, and youtube. Million and Billion dollar ideas in just a couple of years.

3. Build your virtual real estate. I'm not too much of a adsense site type of guy, im into building businesses instead, i prefer making social networking sites that will gather people's attention... and a good way to go about this is make it FREE, thats the magic word. Once you get people to register to your site you can then allow them to share it with their friends which will help make your site grow bigger. If your website is getting traffic then you can monetize off this with adsense or by selling advertising which can be a killer money maker by you literally doing nothing.

4. Help a friend get a job. Its funny while you’re out to start working for yourself, you are out to know help connect people you know with better jobs. Many people are looking for jobs, just take for instance craigslist one of the most populated websites in the world has a large section for connecting employers and job seekers. Also, monster.com is also a huge network for connecting employers with job seekers as well. If you can help connect someone then the rewards could be huge, as big as in the 1000 range, not really no chicken change.

5. Advertise and sell other people's products from your website which is known as affiliate marketing which is such a hot field because people are looking for ways to make money online without having their own product, and this is one that you can accomplish this. Some affiliate networks to check are commission junction, Amazon, and linkshare. The popular one for selling digital product is clickbank.

6. Sell yourself :). Now, don't get it the wrong way. There are some sites online known as freelance services in which web masters or companies will pay you money if you do certain tasks for them. If you can build websites, program, or do any other technical skills then join these sites.

7. Write. This is something that anyone can do and there are no technical skills required except being able to use the computer and research. Look for writing jobs on freelance services. It will help to have a portfolio of some of your writings in order to help increase your chances of getting chosen.

8. Do you take pictures? You can sell linceneses to web masters or individuals to use the photos that you take and you can usually charge a good amount for these as well.

12. Fill a need. I own and frequent many forums and i have come to a conclusion that people love to complain. Thats great! Whatever they are complaining about provide them a solution, this equals more money in your wallet.

13. Make money by managing domain names. For example, domain name services like Sedo and Afternic gets paid just for regulating domain names. This can be nice steady income for having no products to sell yourself, or by not even selling other people's products... but just by being the middleman.

14. Buy and resell domain names for quick cash. I once purchased a domain name at the right time and then flipped it for $200. Domain name flipping takes some time to master like any other skill though.

15. Purchase a domain name, build up the pr (pagerank), gain backlinks, and then sell the domain name. If you can get a pr6 domain name then you should be able to sell this for a hundred or two on ebay.

16. If you can find a domain name that is keyword rich and is getting steady traffic then purchase it and park it and watch the money come in overtime.

17. Build a house and flip it. By this I mean purchase a domain name and build a website for it and then try and sell it for profit.

18. Get paid to post a forums. I would only recommend this if your looking for quick side cash because this is by no means a way to make a killing online. Some web masters will pay individuals to make posts at forums. Sometimes, an individual has a new forum up and running and want to get it active so they will pay individuals to post there under multiple usernames. Or, web masters could pay individuals to post on forums so that they can get more traffic to their website through signatures.
